Kondisi dan Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Pasar Tanjung di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi pada Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dalam Konsep Pemasaran)

Abstrak
Jurnal ini berfokus untuk mempelajari kondisi UMKM di Pasar Tanjung yang ada di Kabupaten Jember selama pandemi covid 19 dan menerapkan strategi yang dirasa mampu untuk meningkatkan daya saing pasar tradisional kedepannya. Pandemi covid 19 yang sudah terjadi belakangan ini membawa banyak sekali dampak buruk. Segala upaya sudah dilakukan pemerintah untuk mengurangi dampak dari pandemi tersebut. Mulai dari melakukan pembatasan aktivitas masyarakat, sampai mengubah seluruh aktivitas menjadi dirumah saja. Hal ini berpengaruh pada kinerja ekonomi serta penurunan tingkat keuntungan dan mengakibatkan banyak pelaku usaha yang terpaksa menghentikan usahanya bahkan ada yang mengalami kerugian sampai kebangkrutan. Pemerintah banyak memberikan perhatian berupa bantuan kepada para pelaku usaha, karena masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan telah beralih menjalankan usaha rumahan. Pembinaan dan bantuan dana merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam membangun lagi sektor usaha masyarakat yang mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kata-kata tertulis atau lisan orang serta perilaku yang diamati dari kejadian untuk menghasilkan data deskriptif. Dalam rangka memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang strategi yang digunakan untuk memajukan UMKM JEMBER, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan atau mendeskripsikan data yang diperoleh.

Abstract
This journal focuses on studying the condition of UMKM in Tanjung Market in Jember Regency during the Covid 19 pandemic and implementing strategies that are considered capable to improve the competitiveness of traditional markets in the future. The Covid 19 pandemic that has occurred recently has brought a lot of bad effects. Every effort has been made by the government to reduce the impact of the pandemic. Starting from limiting community activities, to changing all activities to be at home only. This affects economic performance as well as a decrease in the level of profits and resulted in many business actors who were forced to stop their business even some who suffered losses until bankruptcy. The government gives a lot of attention in the form of assistance to business people, because people who lose their jobs have switched to running home businesses. Development and funding assistance is one of the government's efforts in rebuilding the declining community business sector. This study is a study that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observed behaviors of the phenomenon that occurs. This research aims to explain or describe the data obtained so as to provide a clear picture of the strategies used to advance Jember UMKM.
