Pelanggaran HAM Dalam Konflik Israel dan Palestina Berdampak Terhadap Hilangnya Hak Asasi Manusia Khususnya Hak Anak di Palestina

Abstrak
Hak asasi manusia adalah kebebasan untuk memiliki kehidupan yang layak , dari segi ekonomi, pendidikan, social, agama, dan kesehatan. Kemampuan suatu bangsa untuk terlibat dalam kebebasan dasar menunjukkan adanya toleransi terhadap penurunan goyangan mereka di bidang ini. Terkait konflik anatara zionis Israel dan palestina yang telah mencuri perhatian dunia dimana menjadikan Israel untuk merebut wilayah palestina yang di percayai oleh zionis bahwa tanah itu adalah tanah terjanji oleh allah dan bagi aga islam tanah palestina adalah kiblat pertama bagi islam, yang diatas tanah itu berdiri sebuah masjid al Aqso, akibat perebutan wilayah ini lah menyebabkan zionis memerangi rakyat palestina, mulai dari meluncurkan rudal, bom dan tembakan, hal ini membuat kehancuran pada perbatasan jalur gaza dan memakan korban warga sipil sampai anak anak. Akibat peperangan ini anak anak menjadi korban dan hak asasinya dirampas seperti tidak mendapatkan pendidikan, social, kesehatan dan dirampas hak kebebasannya oleh zionis Israel.
