Pelatihan Gratitude “Kenali Dhiri (Kendhi)” Untuk Meningkatkan Life Satisfaction pada Karyawan Wedding Organizer “Kendhi Organizer”

Abstrak
Penelitian bertujuan untuk Pemahaman terkait life satisfaction dan pemahaman terkait gratitude dengan memberikan pelatihan kebersyukuran guna mendapatkan kepuasan diri terhadap anggota kendhi organizer. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitativ berdasarkan eksperimen, dimana data-data dituangkan dalam bentuk angka-angka, yang dianalisis dengan deskriptif analisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi terhadap peserta anggota kendhi organizer. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada pretest dan postest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan terkait rasa syukur dan juga kepuasan hidup. Sebelum dilakukan pelatihan anggota kendhi organizer kurang memahami rasa syukur sehingga sering kali tidak adanya kepuasan terhadap diri. Setelah pelatihan, Para peserta memahami bahwa rasa syukur kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa merupakan membuat kehidupan menjadi tenang dan selalu menerima keadaan. Peningkatan dalam memahami rasa syukur semakin meningkat sejak dilakukan pelatihan kepada para peserta anggota kendhi organizer. Namun, Penerapan action plan berupa Gratitude Journal cukup sulit dilakukan terutama pada peserta-peserta yang tidak suka menulis sehingga peserta secara aktif mencari alternatif lainnya. Penerapan action plan membantu peserta dalam menyadari adanya hal-hal baik yang terjadi dalam hidupnya.
