Abstract

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan untuk memperhatikan tetap terjaganya pakta intergritas dan nilai-nilai pancasila sebagai profesi hukum yaitu Mediator. Seorang mediator sudah seharusnya dilindungi nilai-nilai Pancasila yang terkandung dalam dirinya, karena berdampak pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengkaji segala kajian yuridis dengan juga meninjau dari kajian sosial. Metode yang dipakai oleh peneliti adalah yuridis-normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Internasilasi nilai-nilai pancasila terhadap profesi mediator dapat dilihat melalui sikap mediator yang sesuai dengan pedoman yang diatur didalam Perma No. 1 Tahun 2016. Nilai pancasila terutama Sila ke-4 yang mengamanatkan adanya musyawarah untuk mencapai mufakat, tentu akan digapai melalui proses mediasi yang baik.
