TINJAUAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PADA BUDAYA TITIP ABSEN DALAM MENINGKATKAN NILAI KEJUJURAN

Abstrak
Pendidikan karakter pada sistem pendidikan berupaya untuk membantu perkembangan jiwa anak-anak baik secara lahir dan batin dari sifat kodratinya menuju ke arah peradaban menjadi menusia lebih baik. Sehubung dengan itu Dewantara pernah mengemukakan bahwa menjalankan pendidikan karakter perlu diperhatikan yakni ngerti-ngroso-nglakoni (menyadari, menginsyafi, dan melakukan). Hal tersebut bahwa pendidikan karakter harus merujuk pada adanya keselarasan antara tekad-ucap-lampah (niat, ucapan, kata-kata dan perbuatan.

Abstract
Character education in the education system seeks to help the development of children's souls both physically and mentally from their nature towards civilization to be better aging. In connection with that, Dewantara once suggested that carrying out character education needs to be considered, namely ngerti-ngroso-nglakoni (realizing, insyafi, and doing). It is that character education should refer to the harmony between determinations (intentions, speeches, words and deeds.
