Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine how quantile regression affects the relationship between poverty and life expectancy, average length of education, and infrastructure. This study uses secondary data and is quantitative in nature. The Central Statistics Agency and other organizations provided the researchers with secondary data, which they used to create an observation population of one hundred individuals. The regression method we employed was quantile regression. We can infer the following conclusion from the data and discussion: using a regression model at the 0.5 quantile, the life expectancy variable partially and significantly negatively affects poverty. According to a regression model at the 0.6 quantile, the variable average years of schooling has a substantial and largely negative impact on poverty. Poverty is significantly and partially impacted positively by the infrastructure variable, with a regression model at the 0.6 quantile. Using a regression model at the 0.5 quantile, the life expectancy variable simultaneously has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty, the average years of schooling variable simultaneously has a negative and significant effect, and the infrastructure variable simultaneously has a positive and significant effect.
