Peran Perang Gerilya dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Kedaulatan Negara: Tinjauan atas Empat Konflik Bersejarah

Abstract
Penggunaan taktik gerilya telah menjadi sarana peperangan utama bagi negara-negara dengan kedaulatan atau kemajuan teknologi yang lebih rendah. Esai ini mengkaji peran perang gerilya dalam mengatasi kesenjangan teknologi dalam empat konflik penting dalam sejarah. Pendekatan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan fokus pada pendalaman pemahaman fenomena sosial atau budaya melalui analisis naratif dan interpretatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, yang memungkinkan peneliti menyelidiki beberapa kasus tertentu secara komprehensif dan rinci dalam situasi dunia nyata. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini antara lain perang gerilya Jenderal Sudirman, perang gerilya Tentara Vietnam Utara (Viet Cong), perang gerilya Mujahidin, dan perang gerilya Mao Tse Tung melawan agresi militer Jepang. Melalui analisis rinci mengenai strategi, taktik, dan keputusan kebijakan dalam keempat konflik tersebut, penulis menyoroti pentingnya perang gerilya sebagai alat untuk melindungi kedaulatan negara-negara yang secara teknologi lemah. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting mengenai strategi perang gerilya dalam konteks modern dan implikasinya terhadap pertahanan nasional.
