Pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Co-Workers Support Terhadap Job Satisfaction Karyawan di Kantor PT Sinar Samudra Mas Lestari

Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dampak secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh work-life balance dan co-workers support terhadap job satisfaction Karyawan di Kantor PT Sinar Samudra Mas Lestari
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor PT Sinar Samudra Mas Lestari. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di PT Sinar Samudra Mas Lestari. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Sinar Samudra Mas Lestari. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai, berjumlah 53 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji hipotesis, dan analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction Karyawan PT Sinar Samudra Mas Lestari. Co-Workers support juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction karyawan PT Sinar Samudra Mas Lestari. Secara keseluruhan work-life balance dan co-workers support secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction Karyawan PT Sinar Samudra Mas Lestari.
