Journal of Innovative Food Technology and Agricultural Product (JITAP) is scientific journal published by Department of Agricultural Product Technology, Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. JITAP published twice a year, on June and December.
We are inviting papers from lecturers, researchers, students, practitioners and academicians.
