Akmenika: Jurnal Akuntansi & Manajemen with registration number, p-ISSN: 1978-1679 and e-ISSN: 2579-311X, is published as a publication media for research and scientific works in the field of Accounting and Management as an effort to improve and implement theory and practice in economics.

Akmenika is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year (April and October) by the Faculty of Business, Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. Akmenika is published in electronic version (PDF). Electronic articles available at https://journal.upy.ac.id/index.php/akmenika.

Akmenika focuses on research fields related to economics and its development that is relevant to advances in theory and practice, especially in Indonesia. Akmenika invites manuscripts in the various topics include, but not limited to, functional areas of marketing management, finance management, strategic management, operation management, human resource management, e-business, knowledge management, management accounting, management control system, management information system, international business, business economics, business ethics and sustainable, and entrepreneurship.

Akmenika includes several research approaches such as qualitative, quantitative and mix-method. The submitted articles do not contain plagiarism and we do not accept articles that have been published in other journals before. All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed first by the editor and then evaluated by a minimum of two reviewers through a blind review process. This is to ensure the quality of the manuscripts published in the journal.

Jurnal Akmenika has been accredited as a 5th Grade Scientific Journal (SINTA 5) by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Republic of Indonesia (RISTEKDIKTI RI) since 2020.
