PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU MELALUI SUPERVISI EDUKATIF KOLABORATIF SECARA PERIODIK

Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini dilakukan di SDN Candisari Kecamatan
Banyuurip kabupaten Purworejo. Jenis tindakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
berupa tindakan nyata yaitu membimbing guru dalam melaksanakan
kegiatan pembelajaran melalui supervisi Akademik. Penelitian dilakukan
pada semester I, tepatnya pada bulan Juli-Nopember 2018. Subjek
penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah guru kelas di SDN Candisari yang
berjumlah 6 orang guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan tersebut
dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi guru meningkat dalam menyusun
rencana pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, menilai prestasi
belajar, melaksanakan tindak lanjut penilaian prestasi belajar siswa. Untuk
itu, peneliti menyarankan agar supervisi edukatif kolaboratif dapat
dilaksanakan di sekolah-sekolah secara periodik. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru meningkat setelah dilakukan
tindakan yang berupa supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik dari
siklus I ke siklus II. Peningkatan tersebut meliputi peningkatan dalam
menyusun rencana pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, menilai
prestasi belajar, dan melaksanakan tindak lanjut penilaian prestasi belajar
siswa. Berdasarkan hasil supervisi edukatif siklus I dan siklus II
kompetensi guru meningkat, yaitu siklus I kompetensi guru dalam
menyusun rencana pembelajaran siklus I mencapai 71,88% sedangkan
siklus II 100%. Kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran siklus
I mencapai 72,18% sedangkan siklus II mencapai 93,90%. Kompetensi
guru dalam menilai prestasi belajar siklus I mencapai 81,11% sedangkan
siklus II 85,11%. Kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan tindak lanjut
penilaian prestasi belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai 59,80% sedangkan
siklus II 79,60 %. Dengan demikian tindakan siklus II rata-rata sudah
mencapai 89,65%. Di mana rata rata pada siklus I mencapai 71,24%. Jadi
kenaikan antara rata-rata siklus I dan siklus II adalah mencapai rata rata
18,41%.

This Classroom Action Research took place in State Elementary School
(SDN) Candisari Bayuurip District, Purworejo Regency. The type of action
in this research is real action i.e. guiding teachers in teaching sessions
through academic supervision. This research took place during semester I,
between July-November 2018. Research subjects are teachers at SDN
Candisari as many 6 people. According to he result from the research it can
be concluded that teachers’ competence improved in formatting study
plans, providing teaching sessions, evaluating students’ achievement, and

giving follow up to the result. Therefore, the researcher advises to hold
educational-collaborative supervision periodically at schools. The result
from the research indicates that teachers’ competence rose after receiving
the provision of educational-collaborative supervision periodically rom
cycle I until cycle II. The improvement included rise in ability to format
study plans, providing teaching sessions, evaluating students’ academic
achievement and giving follow up to the result. Based on he result from
educational-collaborative supervision in cycle I and cycle II, teachers’
competence improved i.e. in cycle I reached 71,88% and culminated in
cycle II to 100%. Teachers’ competence in providing teaching session in
cycle I reached 72,18% and rose to 93,90% in cycle II. Teachers’
competence in evaluating students’ academic achievement in cycle I
reached 81,11% and rose to 85,11% in cycle II. Teachers competence in
giving follow up to students’ academic achievement in cycle I reached
59,80% and rose to79,60 % in cycle II. Therefore action in cycle II
averaged 89,65% compared to 71,24% in cycle I. The conclusion is
between cycles I and II there was 18,41% averaged improvement.
