PENGARUH KONSEP DIRI, MOTIVASI BELAJAR, DAN BUDAYA SEKOLAH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri, motivasi belajar, dan budaya sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi adalah peserta didik SMP Negeri 1 Palasah, Kabupaten Majalengka, Jawa Barat. Teknik pengambilan data dengan pemilihan sampel purposive sampling berjumlah 244 peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan angket dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan pengujian secara parsial (Uji t) dan secara simultan (Uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh konsep diri terhadap hasil belajar IPS peserta didik (diperoleh (3,863 > 1,970), (2) ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS peserta didik (diperoleh (4,050 > 1,970), (3) ada pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS peserta didik (diperoleh (2,557 > 1,970), (4) ada pengaruh konsep diri, motivasi belajar, dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar IPS peserta didik (diperoleh > (43,681 > 3,03) artinya konsep diri, motivasi belajar, dan budaya sekolah yang baik akan diikuti peningkatan hasil belajar IPS.

This study aims to determine the influence of Self-Concept, Learning Motivation, and School Culture on Social Studies Learning Outcames. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study werw students of SMP Negeri 1 Palasah, Majalengka, West Java. In this research, purposive sampling to 244 students was conducted as collecting data techniques. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire and document study. The was analysed by using partial testing (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test). The results showed that; (1) there is an influence of self – concept on students’social studies learning outcomes ( ( 3,863 > 1,970); (2) there is an influence of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of students in social studies ( ( 4,050 > 1,970); (3) there is an influence of school culture on the learning outcomes of students’social studies ( ( 2,557 > 1,970); (4) there is an influence of self-concept, learning motivation, and school culture toward students’social learning outcomes ( > ( 43,681 > 3,03). It means that self-concept, learning motivation, and good school culture will be followed by an increase in social studies learning outcomes.
